Biography
Harshal Kshirsagar works as an Associate with Lexmantra at its Delhi Office, bringing a strong academic foundation from ILS Law College, Pune. Harshal has been a part of due diligence teams for complex transactions and has contributed to the drafting of sale documentation for various corporate entities. Additionally, Harshal’s legal expertise extends to drafting and filing documents across several judicial forums, including the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, NCLAT, NCDRC, and district courts in Delhi.
A prolific writer, Harshal enjoys exploring diverse legal topics ranging from cryptocurrency and inheritance laws to bail jurisprudence and constitutional issues. His keen interest in both emerging and traditional legal matters fuels his contributions to publications and careful drafting.
