Sujeet Kumar is currently serving as a Member of Parliament (MP) representing the state of Odisha in the Rajya Sabha. Mr. Kumar is an alumnus of two of the top-most universities of the world, the Universities of Oxford & Harvard. Throughout his professional journey, he has held significant policy planning positions within the Government of Odisha, including serving as an Advisor to the Special Development Council (SDC) in the rank of Chief Secretary, as well as Special Secretary to the Odisha State Planning Board.

Mr Kumar currently advises a number of start-up entrepreneurs, small and growing businesses, social business enterprises, non-profit organizations, impact investors and donor organizations- both Indian and foreign – on a range of business strategy, legal, regulatory and corporate governance issues in India. He is recognized for his expertise in constitutional, corporate and commercial, technology matters, inbound and outbound investments, Intellectual property and arbitration. He is a trained Arbitrator, and as part of his practice he undertakes arbitration matters relating to construction contracts, technology and IPR disputes.

Kamala Kanta Dash

Kamala Kanta Dash, currently a Visiting Professor at National Law University Odisha (NLUO), is a globally acknowledged youth leader in the areas of International Affairs, Public Policy and Community Dialogue. He has been a Carnegie New Leader (2013-15) at Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs, New York and an Interfaith Ambassador (2013-) at the Parliament of World’s Religions, Chicago.

Kamala is a government of India qualified teacher in International Relations and a certified trainer in entrepreneurship development. In Odisha he has been associated with Utkal University, Ravenshaw University, Sri Sri University and NLUO. With a deep interest in Politics, Law, Market and Public Policy, Mr. Dash has been consulted both in India and Australia in the areas of business culture, branding, social media, press laws, CSR and community engagement. Mr. Dash is regularly invited to television channels in Odisha to participate in panel discussions and analyses of news and developments in the areas of international affairs, public policy, law and politics.

Sushil Ray

Mr Sushil Ray has had a distinguished career in lower Judiciary and retired as District Judge. He has formerly served, with distinction, in various capacities as Special Public Prosecutor, Chairperson of Public Utility Services and Legal Advisor of Odisha Police, et al. He joined the Bar in 1985, and later joined the judicial services in 2003 in the cadre of District Judge. Post retirement in 2015, Mr Ray rejoined the Bar, and has handled cases in High Court of Odisha, various District courts and Tribunals, etc.

Kishore Chandra Mishra

Kishore Chandra Mishra joined the Bar after serving the Judiciary for around 40 years, as a Bench Clerk and junior clerk in the Primary Court of Ganjam where he dealt with civil, criminal, and other service-related matters.

After 22 years of service as a Clerk, he was promoted to Chief Administrative Officer (Sheristedar) of District Court- Gajapati, where he served for 8 years before retiring. Mr. Mishra holds an LLB degree from Lingaraj Law College, Berhampur in 1993.(NLUO).
