<p style="text-align: justify;">Sujeet Kumar is a former Parliamentarian who represented Odisha in the Rajya Sabha (Upper House). Prior to his tenure in Parliament, he held key roles in the Government of Odisha, including Advisor to the Special Development Council (SDC) and Special Secretary to the Odisha State Planning Board, where he played a crucial role in policy planning and development.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">With over 20 years of experience across the corporate, government, legal, and non-profit sectors, Sujeet is the Founder and Mentor of LexMantra, a full-service legal consulting firm. He also founded Kalinga Kusum, a social enterprise focused on education and legal empowerment in rural India, where he continues to provide leadership and direction.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In addition, Shri Sujeet Kumar serves as an adviser to numerous start-ups, entrepreneurs, social enterprises, non-profits, impact investors, and donor organizations—both Indian and foreign—on matters of business strategy, legal, regulatory, and corporate governance in India.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Shri Sujeet Kumar’s academic background includes an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from Oxford University, and Bachelor's degrees in Engineering and Law from India. He is a Life Member of several prestigious organizations, including the Orissa High Court Bar Association, International Bar Association, Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA), Construction Industry Arbitration Council (CIAC), International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ICADR), Oxbridge Society of India, Harvard Club of India, and Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA).</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">Kishore Chandra Mishra joined the Bar after serving the Judiciary for around 40 years, as a Bench Clerk and junior clerk in the Primary Court of Ganjam where he dealt with civil, criminal, and other service-related matters. After 22 years of service as a Clerk, he was promoted to Chief Administrative Officer (Sheristedar) of District Court- Gajapati, where he served for 8 years before retiring. Mr. Mishra holds an LLB degree from Lingaraj Law College, Berhampur in 1993.(NLUO).</p>

He has formerly served, with distinction, in various capacities as Special Public Prosecutor, Chairperson of Public Utility Services and Legal Advisor of Odisha Police, et al. He joined the Bar in 1985, and later joined the judicial services in 2003 in the cadre of District Judge. Post retirement in 2015, Mr Ray rejoined the Bar, and has handled cases in High Court of Odisha, various District courts and Tribunals, etc. </p>

Harshal has been a part of due diligence teams for complex transactions and has contributed to the drafting of sale documentation for various corporate entities. Additionally, Harshal’s legal expertise extends to drafting and filing documents across several judicial forums, including the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, NCLAT, NCDRC, and district courts in Delhi. </p>
<p style="text-align:justify">A prolific writer, Harshal enjoys exploring diverse legal topics ranging from cryptocurrency and inheritance laws to bail jurisprudence and constitutional issues. His keen interest in both emerging and traditional legal matters fuels his contributions to publications and careful drafting. </p>
